Sync at Perimeter is such a wonderful place to live. The management team really go above and beyond for the residents and truly care about the property. The community feels very safe and everyone is nice. You can always expect someone to say hi as they pass. Maintenance requests are almost always filled within the same day. The pool is fantastic and has good amenities. Overall I love the community and would recommend to anyone!

I visited this property in hopes of a new home and Valencia was a great tour guide for me. She was very nice and very informative about the area and I plan on becoming a new resident in the near future

Valencia did a great job with showing availability for my specific move in date and what will be available. I was a walk in and she was very accommodating with still helping me find my new apartment.

I recently toured this property and was really impressed! The location is fantastic, and the building has great potential. I had a great experience touring Sync at Perimeter! The community is beautiful, modern, and well-kept. The apartment I viewed was spacious with great natural light and stylish finishes. A big shoutout to Valencia—she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and informative. She made the entire tour feel welcoming and stress-free. I left feeling really excited about the possibility of living here. Highly recommend!

I had such a pleasurable experience at SYNC Perimeter. The manager Courtney was always such a welcoming energy anytime I came into the office and the staff was a direct reflection of her caring nature. The events were always something to look forward to after a long day, and unlike many other communities, you can tell they put a lot of thought into them. Thank you for everything!

She is so helpful in and even out of the office if you see her. She has been solution-oriented since I met her! Definitely satisfied working with her. Thank you!

I’ve been here nearly a year now. From the start working with Valencia was great. She was very friendly and really made everything easy. She made the whole process very easy and I was in a jam to move asap and she was amazingly helpful. She’s continued for a year now to be helpful and goes out of her way to be kind and is always helped with anything I need. I highly recommend living here and can’t say enough about Valencia.

Property is very cleaned and well managed. Love the fact that the place is very spacious. Staff are great. Maintenance be on point with getting this completed when I request things to be done. These is the one guy I believe his name is Ben, he is very polite, professional and clean up when he completes the task. All of the maintenance men are great. Keep up the great work. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

These past few months as a resident have been pure bliss. Ive been renting for over 10 years now and this building has been one of my favorite places to live. The location is unbeatable and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. Valencia is my go to person in the leasing office. Whenever i have a issue or just need help with something, she always is so prompt and makes feel valued as a resident. I recommend SYNC to just about everyone I know because I know they wont be disappointed.
